Vineyards, located on the hillside, thanks to their position going from south to south-east, between April and October from dusk until dawn are kissed by the sun. Thanks to tufaceous land and guyot farming technique, the sun gives to grapes selected tones, structures, aromas and tastes characterised by various and sensibly pronounced shades. The harvest, strictly by hand, takes on the colours of autumn and crowns the year’s work, paying back for its worries and for the care for the product; the jolly atmosphere of the harvest does not interfere with the rigorous selection through which Roberto maintain intact each grape’s peculiarities in the wines.
